Construire srl has been operating in the Tuscan construction sector since 2001 with a strong specialization in construction, maintenance and renovation activities in the sector of properties used for socio-educational activities. Over the years, the experience acquired has led to a strong specialization in the sector, favoring a consolidation of turnover and a growth in professional and technical skills.

Operating for 10 years in a context characterized by interventions on properties intended for specific activities such as socio-educational ones, Construire srl has developed an ability to respond to many design and construction issues posed by the contemporary world, which have led to the development of an attention to innovation and an interest in new technologies and new materials, trying to combine the novelty of the present with the experience of "know-how" and the "taste of beauty". It should be noted that an integral part of the specificity of the sector in which the company operates is that of particular attention by clients to the issues of eco-sustainability and biocompatibility, with the consequent requests for the use of materials and solutions that reduce the energy and acoustic impact , and environmental in general. Particular recognition came for the demanding restoration work carried out on properties of artistic and historical interest.

Activity

Construire Srl carries out repair and renovation activities on properties and buildings of all types, especially socio-educational structures, such as schools of all levels. Furthermore, it carries out installation, transformation, expansion and maintenance of systems and related works.

All activities and services related to the construction and maintenance of school buildings are carried out with great attention to the students. The objective is to summarize needs such as safety, eco-sustainability and reduction of consumption while maintaining attention to the needs of students, both with regard to the construction of new school buildings and the renovation of existing ones. Issues such as eco-sustainability and biocompatibility are of primary importance and require solutions that reduce energy and environmental impact.

Furthermore, Construire Srl is ready to respond to urgencies and emergencies with timely and rapid interventions.

REQUALIFICATION OF OUTDOOR SPACES

The redevelopment of outdoor spaces in accordance with the needs of eco-sustainability and biocompatibility, in full respect of the artistic, historical and natural heritage, is a primary objective for Construire Srl. The activities concern the construction of dry-stone walls and retaining walls and squares in terracotta and stone as well as paving and gardening.
